About Lynn

For years I thought that my love of music and my love of health were mutually exclusive.

Turns out, not so much.

It was in my 20s in the music industry in New York that I found my way towards health through the back door of a raging sugar addiction. I learned a lot about sugar and the body in those years.

When I moved to Chapel Hill, NC to roadie for one of my favorite bands, I realized that the key to staying healthy on the road is planning. I learned a lot about travel wellness in those years.

Now in my 40s, I’m ready to share 15 years of learning with you in a matter of weeks. There’s a health crisis in this country, and I think I have the answer. In a word? Support.

You know what to do:

  • Eat well
  • Exercise

OK, great. Are you doing it? Why not?

  • Is it because you don’t have time for anything more than the drive-thru?
  • Is it because you’re too tired to cook and/or exercise?
  • Is it because you can find perfectly healthy stuff to eat at Whole Foods?
  • Is it because you don’t think it’s worthwhile to cook just for one?

If any of these are true for you, then I’m here to tell you: Stop making excuses.

  • You do have time to cook.
  • Cooking for yourself will give you more energy to do the things you want to do.
  • When you cook for yourself, you know exactly what goes into every dish you make.
  • Yes, you’re worth it! You’re a rock star! If not in real life, then at least to your friends and family.

When you learn to cook and eat in a more powerful way, you’ll find your whole life can change. Not worrying about your weight or being distracted by not feeling well or energized can free up all that time and space in your brain. And cooking for yourself means you’re spending less money on higher-quality food. And then what?! You can spend that time, money and energy going after the things that feed your soul.

It’s pretty simple, really. But you gotta have Support.

(We’ll talk later about that exercise piece.)

I’m passionate that the road to vibrant health and well-being is paved with delicious, healthy food that’s fast, easy and fun to make. Really!

So if you’re a rock star in your own mind or on an actual tour bus, I can offer you knowledge, skills and inspiration you’ll keep for a lifetime of health. Rock on.

Wanna know more? Wanna look and feel your best? Let’s talk.
